How to Buy & Stake XEF

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to buy and stake XEF tokens.

What is XEF?

XEF is the native utility token and can be used to create markets on your own questions by staking XEF. Platforms direct a portion of trading fees to Creators, scaling earnings as the ecosystem grows. All holders can get XEF instantly by swapping USDX.

How to Buy XEF

Step 1: Initiate the Purchase

  • On your Account page, locate the [Buy XEF] button in the top right corner and click it.

Step 2: Enter the Amount

  • A "Buy XEF" pop-up window will appear.

  • In the "Amount" field, enter the amount of USDX you wish to buy XEF.

    1. In this example, 10 USDX is entered.

    2. The window will show you the current exchange rate and the minimum amount of XEF you will receive.

Step 3: Confirm the Purchase

  • Click the [Buy] button at the bottom of the pop-up.

Step 4: Await Confirmation

  • Once the transaction is complete, a "Success" notification will appear, confirming that you have bought XEF successfully.

  • Your XEF balances will update on the Account page.

After acquiring XEF, you can stake it to unlock creator rights and earn rewards.

How to Stake XEF

Step 1: Locate the Staking Section and Initiate Staking

  • On your Account page, locate and click on the [Stake] button.

Step 2: Enter the Amount of XEF to Stake

  • After clicking "Stake," a new window or field will appear. Here, you will need to enter the amount of XEF you wish to stake. Based on the current platform's suggestions:

    1. Stake 100 XEF to create 1 market.

    2. Stake 10,000 XEF to create unlimited markets.

Step 3: Confirm the Transaction

  • Once you have entered the desired amount, Click [Stake] button to confirm transaction.

Step 4: Verify Your Staked Balance

  • After the transaction is successfully processed on the blockchain, the History will update.

  • Your staked balance, will now display the amount of XEF you have just staked.

Congratulations! You have now successfully staked your tokens and unlocked creator rights.
