Cross-Chain Deposits

Overview

When you deposit USDT originating from the Binance Smart Chain network to your Xmarket account, you will be prompted to “activate funds”, which will swap this to USDX. And before depositing USDT on Binance Smart Chain network, you must first bridge your Xmarket USDX account.

We recommended using XP Bridge to securely bridge your funds from other chains directly to Xphere.

Performing a Bridge

It is essential to follow this guide before you start using the bridge. This guide explains how to use the bridge in a step-by-step manner.

Walkthrough

Step 1: Install MetaMask

1. Install Metamask: an app or an extension to your browser (supported in Chrome, Brave, and Safari browsers).

2. Come up with a strong password (should contain at least 8 characters).

3. Memorize your Backup phrase or save it in a secure place.

Step 2: Add Xphere Network and Tokens to Your MetaMask Wallet

Step 3: Connect Your MetaMask With Binance Smart Chain

For the browser extension:

1. Open the extension

   1. Choose Networks in the header, click on “Custom RPC”

For the app:

1. Find “My Accounts” in the upper right corner and press “Settings”

   1. Select “Networks” and click “Add Network”

   2. Enter the Mainnet data manually following the image below :

      1. RPC URL ( https://bsc-dataseed.binance.org/ )

      2. ChainID: 56

      3. Symbol: BNB

      4. Block Explorer: https://bscscan.com

   3. Press Save and choose the Binance Smart Chain in the next step.

Now you can copy your USDT address to send and receive funds on the Binance Smart Chain network to Xmarket that will automatically bridge your funds to the Xphere network.
