### Control Ownership & Accountability

#### Control Statement

Creators are designated as the **control owners** for all creator generated market content.

#### Control Definition

Creators are solely responsible for:

1. Market descriptions, rules, and resolution criteria
2. Accuracy, completeness, and non misleading representation
3. Compliance with Platform rules and applicable laws

Xmarket operates strictly as a **content hosting and execution platform** and does **not** assume responsibility or liability for creator generated content.

#### Operating Effectiveness

1. User acceptance of this Disclaimer is **explicitly recorded, timestamped, and retained**
2. Creator actions are **attributed to unique authenticated user identities**
3. Market content is **immutably stored** to support audit, investigation, and dispute review

### Processing Integrity & Resolution Finality

#### Control Statement

Xmarket enforces a **single authoritative resolution mechanism** to preserve processing integrity and prevent inconsistent or manipulated outcomes.

#### Control Definition

1. Market resolution is executed exclusively by **Platform controlled logic**
2. Creator input **cannot override, alter, or reverse** a resolution once executed
3. Resolution outcomes are **final, binding, and irreversible**

#### Operating Effectiveness

1. Resolution actions are **system logged** with timestamp, actor, and outcome
2. Post resolution mutation is **technically restricted**
3. Resolution discrepancies trigger **internal review workflows**, not creator intervention

### Risk Management & Market Intervention

The Platform retains authority to intervene in markets to mitigate **operational, security, legal, or systemic risk.**

#### Control Definition

Authorized actions include:

1. Market suspension or removal
2. Forced cancellation or early resolution
3. Refund enforcement

### Prohibited Creator Behavior

Creators are prohibited from behaviors that compromise system integrity, fairness, or trust.

1. Publishing intentionally misleading or ambiguous markets
2. Exploiting non public or insider information
3. Designing markets to exploit platform mechanics or technical limitations
4. Representing markets as financial advice or guaranteed outcomes
5. Circumventing moderation, enforcement, or safety controls

#### Operating Effectiveness

1. Violations trigger **documented enforcement workflows**
2. Enforcement actions are **consistent, logged, and retained**
3. Repeated or severe violations result in **progressive sanctions up to termination**

### Liability Segregation

Liability is explicitly segregated between Creators and the Platform.

#### Control Definition

Creators retain liability for:

1. Losses caused by misleading, inaccurate, or incomplete market content
2. Legal or regulatory exposure tied to creator generated markets

Xmarket is not liable for:

1. Creator content errors or omissions
2. Disputed interpretations of creator defined criteria
3. Economic outcomes resulting from creator decisions

#### Audit Relevance

This segregation establishes **clear accountability boundaries**, reducing systemic and compliance risk.

### Indemnification & Risk Containment

Creators agree to **indemnify and hold harmless** Xmarket against claims arising from:

1. Creator generated content
2. Breach of Platform rules or this Disclaimer
3. Violations of law or third party rights

This supports **risk containment and business continuity**.

### Enforcement & Access Governance

#### Control Statement

Xmarket enforces creator access through defined **governance and access control mechanisms.**

#### Control Definition

The Platform may:

1. Revoke creator privileges
2. Suspend or terminate creator accounts
3. Apply permanent access restrictions

#### Operating Effectiveness

1. Access changes are **role based and logged**
2. Enforcement actions require **authorized approval**
3. Terminated users cannot publish or modify markets

### Control Persistence & Evidence Retention

Obligations under this Disclaimer **survive**:

1. Market resolution
2. Market removal
3. Account suspension or termination
4. Exit from Beta

Evidence, including acceptance records, logs, and enforcement actions, is retained in accordance with the Platform’s **data retention policy**.

### User & Creator Acknowledgment (Audit Evidence)

By creating or participating in a market, the user confirms and the Platform records that they:

1. Accept assigned responsibility and risk
2. Understand and accept resolution finality
3. Acknowledge Platform intervention rights
4. Agree to enforcement actions and audit logging
